About Us

WE BUY LAND, YES! specializes in doing just that – buying land. Our parent company is East of Jordan Ventures, which operates several subsidiaries, including “We Buy Land, Yes!”. The main focus of East of Jordan Ventures is creative financing for real estate.

We are part of a very large collaboration of thousands of real estate investors. We work together to help get deals done. The cool thing is – that no matter how hard it looks – we can usually get it done.

Hi there! My name is Sandi Laufenberg-Deku. I am the lead Personal Deal Consultant for “We Buy Land, Yes!”

I am a semi-retired enterpreneur, computer programmer, web developer, and Christian missionary. I like to boast about a few of the places I have worked for: NASA, Coca-Cola, and Wis. Dept. of Military Affairs (not bad, huh?). I also have a strong passion for helping the poor and under-privileged get a leg up. This passion is one reason why I want to do creative financing for real estate. I see how it truly is possible for people from any income level to own a piece of real estate. So... let's go!
